Responsibilities:

  • Design, manage and implement internet marketing programs including paid search marketing, organic optimization and blog implementation 
  • Manage social media marketing, paid ads and keywords, and promoted posts
  • Identifying and implementing strategies for increasing our website traffic & sales
  • Researching and resolving HTML code and content, link architecture and navigation issues as they occur
  • Analyzing website strategies and researching keywords
  • Use site metrics tools to track site traffic, performance, conversions, and page views to make recommendations for continuous optimization


Skills & Specifications:

  • Sales mentality, diligent and focus on digital marketing that produces sales results.
  • Excellent verbal, writing and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of Wordpress/website design and functionality & strategies
  • Self-motivated with a high level of creativity and a sense of urgency
  • Ability to manage several simultaneous projects and resources without losing focus
  • Ability to manage details, overall flexibility and efficient work habits


Education & Qualifications:

  • Understanding of search engine-friendly websites and keyword strategy
  • Deep knowledge in blogs, SEO, SEM, and business analytics
  • Clear understanding of SEO, affiliate marketing and paid ads
  • Understanding of basic marketing fundamentals, content creation, software automation, campaign development and marketing promotion
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Wordpress, Adobe Design Suite and Marketing Automation Software is preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years experience is required

The right candidate will meet or exceed the following expectations:

  • Fast learner: Ready to absorb onboarding information with the goal of contacting new prospects 5 days from start date.
  • Master the identification of target prospects through various technologies, including Salesforce, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo.
  • A desire to be a Cold Outreach master (phone, email, LinkedIn)
  • Exceed quota of 10+ Sales Accepted Leads on 2nd full month
  • Efficiently and gracefully counter top of the funnel objections, prospecting, cold calling, online, as well as have excellent interpersonal & technical skills.
  • Desire to advance from a sales development role into more senior positions within the company through hard work and dedication.
