The second problem Rep Assist addresses is sales pipeline visibility and management.

The sales pipeline is a key tool for managing sales and supporting the sales forecast, but most companies at best receive a periodic view of the sales pipeline on a weekly or monthly basis.  It is hard to manage anything as dynamic as a sales pipeline with only weekly or monthly visibility.  That problem is further compounded when compiling the sales pipeline is preceded by a mad scramble by sales reps to update their opportunities, catch up on any action items promised, download the information to Excel and massage it with other information to create a grid based, disconnected, non-real-time view of the sales opportunities for the company.
